Crispy Prawn Fritters


1 1/2 cups Plain Flour.
1/2 cup Rice Flour.
2 tbsp double action baking powder.
1/2 tsp salt + seasoning if u like.
1-2 cups water (must be of thick consistency)
1/2 tsp kapur.
Add in th required amount of small white sea prawns.
Shredded Carrots.
Daun Kucai n Taugeh.
Heat up oil n fry th batter using a small laddle or by tbspful. Fry till light brown n cooked thru. Toss well n serve with th choice of chilly or peanut sauce. Have a good try.
